The gap and flush measurement system can accurately measure the gap and flush at the matching part of the body outer panel, monitor the measurement data in real time, and guide the early assembly process as well as later repair process. By adopting high-quality laser images and diversified algorithms, the system can objectively reflect the actual state of gap and flush and realize efficient inspection.
It is applicable to 100% measurement of the gap and flush at the matching parts outer cladding of BIW in the welding workshop and painted body in the assembly shop. For different use scenarios, the system can be divided into HandyGap and AutoGap: the HandyGap can be used as an auxiliary tool for manual measurement to realize in-line full inspection and off-line sampling inspection; AutoGap can completely liberate manpower and realize the full-automatic gap and flush measurement of various modes.
