The BIW Gap and Flushness Measurement solution uses high-quality laser imaging and advanced algorithms, replaces traditional gap gauges and surface variation meters.

This solution performs automated inline measurement of complex gaps and flushness in welded BIW assemblies, ensures consistency and precision in body assembly and helps customers improve production quality and assembly efficiency.


Application Scenarios

  • Automated detection of gaps and flush at the connection points of car body such as the closure, fenders, and side panels of the BIW.

  • Manual handheld detection of gaps and flush.
