ISV Vision-Based Positioning for Respot solution uses multiple sensors to capture body images, calculates 6-degree-of-freedom positional variations, and guides robots to adjust trajectories for the respot process.

This solution eliminates the need for roller conveyors and fixed fixtures, shortens TAKT time, and reduces debugging cycles for new vehicle models.


Application Scenarios

  • Respot stations: Underbody respot, mainline body respot, etc.

  • Automated dust removal stations: Robot-powered dust removal after grinding.
